INFORMATION ARTICLE 13 – EU REGULATION 2016/679

Pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679, regarding the data concerning you, we hereby provide you with the following information:

  1. Personal data and any future updates that you will communicate to Nova srl are collected and processed to fulfill the obligations arising from our contractual relationship with you. In particular, they are necessary for the following purposes:
  • Administrative, accounting, and tax management of relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Execution of contracts with customers and suppliers
  • Compliance with legal obligations
  • Correspondence management
  • Collection of information to improve the level of service offered
  • Newsletter subscription
  • Downloading marketing-related publications/documents.
  • Sending informational and promotional material related to our services
  1. The processing is limited to the following operations and methods:
  • ata collection from the data subject; if necessary, data collection from public registers, lists, deeds, or documents accessible by anyone/directly from the data subject
  • Recording and processing on magnetic and paper support
  • Organization of archives in predominantly automated form

The processing may also be carried out, in addition to Nova Srl, by companies, organizations, or consortia that, on behalf of Nova Srl, provide specific instrumental or support services, subjects to whom the right to access their personal data is recognized by provisions of law or secondary or community legislation, and subjects to whom the transfer of their personal data is necessary or functional to what is provided for by the contractual relationship, including the activities of recovery of unpaid debts. The collected data may also be communicated to Nova Srl’s customers or suppliers for marketing purposes.
  2. The processing is carried out using appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access to data by third parties and to ensure your confidentiality (Art. 32 of EU Reg. 2016/679).
  3. The provision of your data is optional. However, without such provision, (the company) will not be able to manage the membership relationship and provide the related services.
  4. At the end of the service provision or supply, personal data will be kept exclusively for historical or statistical purposes, in compliance with the law, regulations, community legislation, and codes of ethics and good conduct signed under Article 40 of EU Reg. 2016/679, for a period not exceeding ten years. After this period, personal data will be kept anonymously or destroyed.
  5. Such data will be processed in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.

The Client declares to be aware of their rights under Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, and 20, summarized below:

Right of access (Art. 15)

The data subject has the right to obtain from the data controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning them is being processed, and, if so, to access the personal data and the information contained in the specific information notice.

Right to rectification (Art. 16)

The data subject has the right to obtain from the data controller the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning them without undue delay. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, the data subject has the right to have incomplete personal data completed, including by providing a supplementary statement.

Right to erasure (right to be forgotten) (art.17)

The data subject has the right to obtain from the data controller the erasure of personal data concerning them without undue delay, and the data controller has the obligation to erase personal data without undue delay in certain cases provided for in Article 17.

Right to restriction of processing (art. 18)

The data subject has the right to obtain from the data controller restriction of processing in certain cases listed in Article 18.

Right to data portability (art. 20)

The data subject has the right to receive the personal data concerning them, which they have provided to a data controller, in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and has the right to transmit those data to another data controller without hindrance from the data controller to which the personal data have been provided, in certain cases provided for in this article.

Nova Srl reserves the right to collect and process any data or information voluntarily provided by the data subject, for example, during events and fairs, when subscribing to newsletters, or participating in market research surveys. Nova Srl undertakes not to subsequently modify the agreed-upon use without the express consent of the data subject.
